ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਹੁਣ ਆਮ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਸ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਹੁਣ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਸ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਭੁਲੇਖਾ ਪੈ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਰੇਆਮ ਸੜਕਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਧੱਜੀਆਂ ਉਡਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਏ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਉਹ ਤੇਜ਼ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਗੱਡੀ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ‘ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਬੈਠ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਹਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਜਿਥੇ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸਟੰਟ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰੇ ‘ਚ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਉਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮੀ ਵੀ ਖਤਰੇ ‘ਚ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਖੁੱਦ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੜਕੀ ਰਾਹੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕਿਊਰਿਟੀ ਗਾਰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ’ਤੇ ਵੀ ਖਤਰਾਂ ਮੰਡਰਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸ ਪੋਰਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਲਾਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕੀਰਿਆ ਵੀ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰੋ-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟੀ.ਵੀ. ‘ਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਗਲਤ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

Minister claimed the video was about three months old and was made viral by opposition parties to defame him-In a classic case of a lawmaker turning a lawbreaker, Punjab Transport Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar purportedly put the lives of his two security personnel at risk by getting filmed a video stunt in which the duo is seen dangling out of the SUV’s windows while the minister is standing through the sunroof.Bhullar may be in for trouble as his sunroof car antics have goes viral. This is also a violation of traffic rules on the national highway.In the undated video, he is seen waving his hand while a Punjabi song is heard in the background. He is escorted by two Punjab Police Gypsies, while a BMW follows his Ford Endeavour. While someone is making the video, they are seen passing by a field near the National Highway.The two security personnel are sitting on windows even as two vehicles of the Bhullar’s convoy move ahead. The video appears to have been captured for some mobile app.

Meanwhile, in his defence, the Minister said the video was about three months old. He said the video has been made viral by the opposition parties to defame him.Reacting to a video of AAP Transport Minister, Shiromani Akali Dal called him an ‘udta mantri’. SAD spokesperson Dr Daljeet Singh Cheema said AAP preached something else and practiced something else.

BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa also took a dig at the AAP Minister. Taking to twitter, he wrote that those claiming to end VIP culture were roaming with 4 Gypsies.Congress leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira wrote on Twitter, “This is heights of foolishness on the part of a person holding responsible constitutional post of a Minister”.
