ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ , ਭਾਰਤ: ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਚ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀਆ ਵੱਲੋ ਰੈਫ਼ਰੰਡਮ ਬਾਬਤ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਤੇ ਸਖਤ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਹਫਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੀ ਜਸਟਿਨ ਟਰੂਡੋ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ 6 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਓਨਟਾਰੀਓ ਦੇ ਟਰਾਂਟੋ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਿੱਖਸ ਫਾਰ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਵੱਲੋ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਰੈਫ਼ਰੰਡਮ ਬਾਬਤ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਤੇ ਅਖੰਡਤਾ ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਇੱਕ ਡਿਮਾਰਸ਼ੇ-ਲਿਖਤ (Narendra Modi Government issues demarche to Canada over Khalistan referendum scheduled on November 6 ) ਰੋਸ ਪੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਸਟਿਨ ਟਰੂਡੋ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਰੋਸ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਸ ਫਾਰ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਅਖੰਡਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂਸੱਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੰਘੇ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਸ ਫਾਰ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਵੱਲੋ ਉਨਟਾਰੀਓ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਬਰੈਂਪਟਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਵੀ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਰੈਫ਼ਰੰਡਮ ਬਾਬਤ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ , ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀ ਰੋਕ ਸਕਦੇ ਜਦੋ ਤੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ।

Hindustan Times Reported – The Narendra Modi government has served a demarche to the Justin Trudeau government this week asking it to stop the Khalistan referendum organized by proscribed organisation in Ontario on November 6 as it challenges the territorial integrity and sovereignty of India. The demarche was served to a senior official of the Canadian High Commission by a senior Ministry of External Affairs official and India’s strong concern will be also conveyed by the Indian Embassy in Ottawa to Global Affairs, Canada next week.
