Radha Soami Controversy – Serious Allegations levelled by woman

Delhi high court has asked the head of Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB) Gurinder Singh Dhillon to appear before it next month when the Singh brothers Malvinder and Shivinder too have to remain present in court.
Justice J R Midha sought the presence of Dhillon along with his family after the head of the Punjab-based commune told court that he doesn’t owe any money to RHC Holdings Pvt Ltd, promoted by Malvinder and Shivinder Singh (currently in jail in another case).

The garnishees who told court they don’t owe any money to RHC include RSSB chief’s wife Shabnam Dhillon, sons Gurkirat Singh and Gurpreet Singh and daughter-in-law Nayan Tara Dhillon, Fortis FLT Ltd. Rajan Dhall Charitable Trust and various companies.

The court directed all of them to file affidavits on their dealings with Malvinder, RHC Holdings and other related companies within two weeks and said the garnishees, Malvinder, RHC Holdings and Oscar Investments Ltd to remain present before it on November 14.
