Two AAP MLAs of Punjab deported from Canada airport

CHANDIGARH: Two MLAs of Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) who had gone on private visit to Toronto in Canada were reportedly deported from the airport for giving unsatisfactory answer to quaries by the immigration officer.
The two MLA are Kultar Singh Sandhwan from Kotkapura and Amarjit Singh Sandoa from Ropar. They were detained at the airport soon after they landed on Toronto airport. After questioning them for over an hour, the immigration officer refused them entry into Canada. Sandhwan’s sister lives in Toronto who also tried to secure entry of her brother through a Canadian MP. It is recalled that a Ropar court had charged Sandoa in a molestation case only a day before his departure for Canada. He was given permission by the court to visit Canada.
